 ACUTE HAZARDSPREVENTIONFIRE FIGHTING
FIRE & EXPLOSIONCombustible.  Above 61°C explosive vapour/air mixtures may be formed. NO open flames.  Above 61°C use a closed system and ventilation. Use dry powder, carbon dioxide, foam.  In case of fire: keep drums, etc., cool by spraying with water. 


 AVOID ALL CONTACT!  
 SYMPTOMSPREVENTIONFIRST AID
InhalationCough. Sore throat. Laboured breathing. Use ventilation, local exhaust or breathing protection. Fresh air, rest. Half-upright position. Refer for medical attention. 
SkinRedness. Pain. Skin burns. Protective gloves. Protective clothing. Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse skin with plenty of water or shower. Refer for medical attention . 
EyesRedness. Pain. Burns. Wear face shield or eye protection in combination with breathing protection. First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then refer for medical attention. 
IngestionSore throat. Burning sensation in the throat and chest. Abdominal pain. Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Give one or two glasses of water to drink. Refer for medical attention . 


SPILLAGE DISPOSALCLASSIFICATION & LABELLING
Personal protection: filter respirator for organic gases and vapours adapted to the airborne concentration of the substance. Collect leaking and spilled liquid in covered containers as far as possible. Do NOT let this chemical enter the environment.

         The substance may polymerize due to heating and under the influence of light, peroxides and bases. Reacts violently with strong acids, strong bases and strong oxidants. This generates fire hazard.

Routes of exposure
       The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation, through the skin and by ingestion. 

Effects of short-term exposure
           The substance is severely irritating to the eyes, skin and respiratory tract. 

Inhalation risk
       A harmful contamination of the air can be reached very quickly on evaporation of this substance at 20°C. 

Effects of long-term or repeated exposure
           Repeated or prolonged contact may cause skin sensitization.

ENVIRONMENT
The substance is toxic to aquatic organisms. It is strongly advised not to let the chemical enter into the environment.
